* Member of any biophysical society within EBSA (http://ebsa.org/portal/member_societies). Proof of status could be asked to be shown

Students (undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD students) need to upload a full proof of their status during the registration process.

Accepted documents: i.e. a scanned copy of their current student card and/or a letter from a Professor or Head of Department (including contact details) to confirm the student status at the time of the conference.

Postdoctoral research fellows are NOT entitled to receive the reduced student fee.

Partial contribution to Gala Dinner on 3 July (not included in the 1-day fee)

Online registration will be accepted until 20 June (payments by bank transfer) and 23 June (payment by credit card).

If you cancel

Before 30 May 2025: 50% refund
From 30 May 2025 onwards: No refund

One name change is possible within 30 May. After this deadline a fee of 60 Eur is required per name change.
